A/N-fittings (my way)

I needed to buy small rivets and noticed that they also had small nuts.
I found it interesting that the 1,2 and 1,4 mm nuts had the same outside size (same tool to be used) but the thickness was different.

In a crafts store I found a rubber band with an interesting texture.

I thought that it would pass as a metal spun hose in 1/20 scale.

The different parts joined. I have noticed that the two hexagon parts in the A/N-fittings often have different heights so that is why I bought two types of nuts.
The red part should perhaps be more pointy but I think this is better than my prior builds, trying to cut pieces of hexagon plastic rods.
