Matchbox kit built out of the box.

| Matchbox Formula One cars are somewhat tricky to build. Parts don't fit perfectly, and the instructions can be a little fuzzy. |
| But the result is worth the small hazzle while building. The box say that it is a car from the Canadian GP 1977 but that is wrong. That race was at the end of the season and the car looked much different. This bodywork was only used in race No. 3 and 4 and with the decals the fourth race, the US GP is what one gets out of the box. But there is still a small tyre logo and a white stripe missing on the nose. |
| The P34 is about the same size as the three-year older Surtees. This kit was half built for a long time, so I decided to just finish it. Maybe I will add some clear plastic to the windows and the missing decals later. |
