My first kit was a 1904 Mercedes from Airfix. One of the kits in a plastic bag. I was too young to understand the concept of plastic kits, so my father had to build it for me. I think that it was the first and only kit he ever built.

| Many years later I built the kit for nostalgic reasons. When I was cleaning up the basement I found it again and decided to repair it and put it on the shelf. |
