Armoured Recovery Vehichles

Sherman Towing Vehicle(Below)
This Sherman was used by Schwere Panzerabteilung 507 Captured Sherman tanks were used as towing vehicles by the Germans. This model was a small and fast conversion based on the Airfix 1/76 kit. My idea for this came from an article (1/35) on Track Link
I'm trying to build me a new ARV every month this year.
Can I make it?

The Sherman and Pz.IV are from earlier years. But I have four ready and one on the way, so maybe.
Now it's september and all I have made is 5 ARV's, so the answer is NO. But why rushing?
Bergepanzer IV
After building the Befelspanzer III K , I had a Panzer IV F hull lying around. I saw some pictures of the Bergepanzer IV and this problem was solved. I modernized the Ausf.F hull to a Ausf.H and then scratchbuilt the stuff needed for this model.(Below and left)

Bergehetzer and other Czech ARV's

The Bergehetzer started out as a nomal Hetzer from Esci (have I written the word Esci before on these pages?). I cut away the roof and the gunmount and filled the hole after the gun with plastic card. I then scratchbuilt the interior and the recovery equipment. I know that there are Bergehetzers made in resin, but that isn't my material and I like these little projects of mine.

The mörserzugmittel 35(t) has a roof made of cigarettepaper on a plasticframe and a towing hook made of plasticstrips. I also gave the jerrycans new handles.
Above are a PzKpfw 35(t) in rumanian colors together with a Skoda Mörserzugmittel 35(t). The origins of these models are Esci (ain't that a surprise).
Below is the Mörserzugmittel and my Bergehetzer. But what is the Mörserzugmittel? CMK has a 1/35 kit that shows it as a towing vehicle on the boxart, where it tows a standard Pz 35(t). But I have also heard it been refered to as a ammocarrier. To me it is a recovery vehichle and I wan't listen to anyone stating the difference. That would ruin my "one ARV per month scheme" :-)

I bought a box of built but unpainted kits and therefore I had this Elefant. Since I'm in a Recovery vehichle mood right now it ended up as a Elefant ARV. But I'm getting a bit bored of making the small german crane that seems to be present on their ARV's. Well this time I made it in work position and made a tiny liftingblock to. This is probably a postwarvehicle, so it shouldn't be in the WW2 page. But since the ARV page is situated in the WW2 section for the moment....
Polish T-34 ARV
T-34
Being the year of recovery vehichles I started with this Polish ARV. It started with a article of this ARV in 1/35 in a Hobbymagazine. I'm using the AER T-34 kit in this conversion And I even did remember to move the wrongly placed third roadwheel this time.
I made a test by building the wheels and tracks as separate pieces hoping to make the kit easier to paint.
